Application Process

Step 1: Complete our Online Application
The first step to starting your travel nursing assignment with PRCS is to complete our simple online application. Upon entering your personal profile, you will need to specify whether you are interested in a local per diem or a travel nursing position.

Step 2: Speak with a PRCS Recruiter
Once you have completed your online application, you will be contacted by a PRCS recruiter who will work with you one-on-one through the job search process. They will discuss your career goals, location preferences, work experience and choice of setting. He/she will also review your application, skills checklist, references and any additional information that is required by OSHA and the Joint Commission. Our facilities may also require health clearance paperwork and licensure verification.

Step 3: Interview with the Facility
After you have completed the registration process, your PRCS recruiter will identify all available travel assignments that best match your individual preferences. They will then recommend those opportunities that they feel are the best fit for you. Upon your approval, your recruiter will then coordinate interviews with the facilities you are interested in, which will generally be done via telephone.

Step 4: Compliance Documents and Travel Arrangements
Once your interview is completed, your PRCS recruiter will contact you to discuss your needs and make an offer to you contingent upon hospital acceptance.  At this point, you will complete all compliance paperwork that is required by the facility and PRCS.

Step 5: Begin your Travel Career
