We offer affordable insurance benefits, a profit sharing plan, and a highly competitive salary based on your level of experience. We process payroll weekly and offer direct deposit on your first paycheck (as long as you provide us with a voided check). Please read below for some of our additional benefits. Unlike some of our competitors, PRCS also offers daily pay or advance pay for your convenience.
Health/Wellness Benefits
PRCS provides an affordable comprehensive health benefits package to our travel professionals. As a traveler, you need coverage for you and your dependents while you are away from home.
MEDICAL Our comprehensive medical plan plan provider is AETNA. We offer two deductibles to choose from at prices you can afford. Our health plans go into effect the first of each month, so your coverage start date will be dependent on the start date of your contract. Our medical coverage also includes a comprehensive VSP vision plan at no additional cost to you as a traveler.
DENTAL Our comprehensive dental plan provider is Delta Dental. Unlike other dental plans, Delta does not require a waiting period for more complicated services. Delta also offers a great orthodontic discount for you and your dependents.
